Evan began her dance training at the young age of three. Her natural talent was developed extensively through Dancers Workshop, where she danced for ten years. During her Junior and Senior years of high-school, she was Captain of the award-winning Leander Blue Belles Dance Team. Evan choreographed and performed many solos achieving state and national titles. At age 18, she was invited to be a Jazz instructor at the United Spirit Association.
After graduating, Evan moved to Los Angeles and was one of nineteen dancers who completed the EDGE Performing Arts Center’s yearlong scholarship program. Upon completion of her training, she was signed with Bloc Talent Agency and was chosen for many professional opportunities, such as performing as a back-up dancer in the Leona Lewis music video “Forgive Me”, a back-up dancer for Katy Perry’s live appearance at Spike TV’s “Guy’s Choice Awards”, and as a performer at Christian Audigier’s 50th Birthday Party. Her commercial appearances include a promotional for FX’s “Nip/Tuck”, “Shiseido”, and “CheBanca”.
Evan then moved to Dallas, TX, and completed two years as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and appeared on the Country Music Television show, “Making the Team”. Evan was also one of twelve team members chosen to perform with the Show Group, where she experienced two USO tours in South Korea. Through several appearances and Dallas Cowboys football games, she had the opportunity to work with many artists, such as Keith Urban, Jessie James, Usher, and Drake. While in Dallas, Evan assisted in the grand opening of Studio A Dance in Southlake, TX, where she co-directed the award-winning competitive company for four years.
Evan earned her BFA in Dance from Texas State University, her personal training certification through ISSA, as well as her Yoga Sculpt teaching certification from CorePower Yoga. She choreographs for dance teams and individuals across the state of Texas through master classes, workshops, and conventions. In 2014, Evan co-founded Müv Dance & Fitness in Cedar Park, TX, where she currently teaches and manages full-time. She and her husband welcomed their first child in early 2025 and couldn’t be more thrilled!
