To maintain a safe, positive, respectful, and productive environment for all of our dancers and families, we ask that everyone follow the policies and expectations below:

- Arrival & Attendance: Dancers should arrive on time and ready for class. Dancers arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to observe rather than participate and may make up the class at another time. This is at the instructor’s discretion and helps ensure dancers do not participate without a proper warm-up.
- Make-Up Classes: Dancers needing to make up a missed class can schedule a make-up class by emailing makeups@muv678.com. Make-up classes must be completed within two weeks of the absence and documented through our system.
- Dropping a Fall–Spring Class: To cancel or drop a Fall–Spring class, MÜV Dance & Fitness must receive a 30-day written notice at info@muv678.com.
- Studio Entry & Exit: Please enter and exit through the designated front entrance unless otherwise directed by MÜV staff.
- Drop-Off & Pick-Up: MÜV is unable to assume responsibility for students before or after their scheduled class times. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring dancers are dropped off and picked up promptly. In the event of an emergency or unavoidable delay, please contact the studio immediately so our staff can help keep your child safe and comfortable until you arrive.
- Young Dancer Drop-Off & Pick-Up: For the safety of our youngest dancers, parents/guardians must drop off and pick up dancers in 1st grade and younger at their assigned studio room.
- Lobby Supervision: Young children waiting in the lobby or designated waiting areas must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
- Classroom Privacy & Interruptions: Classes and private lessons should not be interrupted unless there is an emergency. Parents should not enter the studio or approach instructors or dancers while class is in session. If a dancer needs to receive a message, food/drink, medication, or another necessary item, please ask a MÜV staff member for assistance.
- Class Viewing & Recording: Parents are welcome to view classes from the lobby using the televisions provided. To protect the privacy of all MÜV dancers, photographing, video recording, or otherwise recording the lobby television screens is strictly prohibited. Please also refrain from photographing or recording classes through studio windows or doorways unless permission has been given by MÜV staff.
- Dress Code: Dancers are expected to arrive in the appropriate dress code for their class, including required shoes and hair. All dancers must wear an appropriate cover-up over dancewear when entering and leaving MÜV.
- Food & Drinks: Only water is permitted inside the dance studios. No food, gum, candy, or other beverages are allowed in class.
- Phones & Smartwatches: Cell phones and smartwatches may not be used during class and should be silenced and stored away.
- Studio Safety: Please walk—never run—in the hallways. Dancers should not hang or swing on ballet barres, touch mirrors, or use studio equipment without permission.
- Hallways & Common Areas: Please help us keep hallways and walkways clear, particularly during class transitions and dismissal. Bags and personal belongings should be stored in designated areas.
- Dressing Rooms: Dressing rooms are for changing only. Please leave bags and belongings in designated cubbies or storage areas and respect the privacy of all dancers. Bathrooms should not be used as changing rooms.
- Classroom Expectations: Dancers are expected to be respectful, attentive, and ready to learn. Please keep voices at an appropriate level, refrain from sitting during class unless instructed by the teacher, and raise your hand or wait for an appropriate time to ask questions.
- Behavior: Kindness and respect toward fellow dancers, instructors, staff, and families are expected at all times. MÜV instructors and staff reserve the right to have a dancer observe or leave class if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or prevents others from learning.
- Personal Belongings: Please keep track of all personal belongings. MÜV Dance & Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items on studio premises.
- Faculty & Schedule Changes: MÜV management reserves the right to make changes to instructors, class schedules, or timetables when necessary throughout the year.
- Care for Our Studio: MÜV is a shared space. Please clean up after yourself, dispose of trash properly, respect studio property, and let a staff member know if something needs attention.
