Bekah grew up with dance as a part of her life since she was three years old. She received her ballet, jazz, modern, and tap training through Chamberlain School of Ballet. She was a part of the ballet company and performed in many showcases. She also played many roles in musical productions such as Newsies, Footloose, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Big River. Her passion for dance and musical theater eventually led her to a competitive hip hop team, where she spent her high school years training and traveling nationally with the F-Troop Hip Hop team.
These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the discipline and joy that dance brings. Her path as a dancer eventually blended her career in education, where she has spent years as both an elementary and preschool teacher. This background allowed her to connect with children on their level, create a space where they feel safe to grow, and build confidence. She is a mom of three girls and they all dance at Müv. They have been dancing at Müv for five years and have loved each season!
